We offer a wide variety of student housing options, each of which is professionally managed and responsively maintained. All of our living spaces have been, or are being, renovated and upgraded to provide a fresh atmosphere. Our management is personal, hands-on, and attentive. We even offer residents and parents access to a tenant portal where rent payments can be scheduled, paid, and tracked securely online. Our portal improves communication and allows for an easy way for residents to submit routine maintenance tickets. Our team is available and on call 24/7 should there be a property-related emergency. Live near classes, entertainment, downtown, and Tiger Transit.
